1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the zitbaj platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of zitbaj, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the platform without an account. If you access zitbaj on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

If you are under 21 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using zitbaj. We operate a 21+ platform and take our age-verification obligations seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited pending investigation.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain an account on zitbaj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold another active or suspended zitbaj account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of zitbaj or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

zitbaj reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify your identity, age, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zitbaj account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify zitbaj support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

zitbaj will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access due to your negligence — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on zitbaj. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. zitbaj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information held on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your personal details change — including your phone number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

zitbaj supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are processed instantly in the majority of cases. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside zitbaj's control.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zitbaj reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your zitbaj account, and only to the account registered in your own name.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. zitbaj may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Processing times are typically within 24 hours but may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of pending requests.
• zitbaj reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). zitbaj does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Welcome Offers

zitbaj offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season.

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• zitbaj reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or collusion will be treated as abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• zitbaj's decision in all matters relating to bonus eligibility and wagering fulfilment is final.

All content on the zitbaj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of zitbaj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zitbaj platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform without the prior written consent of zitbaj.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The zitbaj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zitbaj disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

zitbaj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its features.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or platform maintenance.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform.

In no event shall zitbaj's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you to your zitbaj account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

zitbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive toward zitbaj staff or other players.
• A request by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonuses and pending verifications) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are active.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of zitbaj, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.

zitbaj's internal decisions on matters relating to account management, bonus eligibility, game settlements, and withdrawal processing are final and binding, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

zitbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered account holders via their registered email address or a platform notification.

Your continued use of the zitbaj platform after any changes to these Terms & Conditions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.

We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms & Conditions supersedes all prior versions.
